1. Nature of the Platform
Your Morning AI is a personalized podcast platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate custom audio content based on user preferences. This platform is not a public publishing platform. Users cannot publish or distribute their own content through our service, nor can they use our platform to share, broadcast, or disseminate information to the general public.
2. Third-Party Content and XML Feeds
The content provided on Your Morning AI is sourced from third-party XML feeds. These feeds allow us to aggregate and tailor podcast content based on your interests. You may also add your own third-party XML feeds to personalize your experience further.
While adding public XML feeds does not require explicit consent, you are responsible for ensuring that any third-party feeds you add comply with applicable laws and the terms set by the content provider. Your Morning AI is not liable for any issues arising from the inclusion of unauthorized or misused third-party content.
If a content provider or owner of a third-party feed would like their feed removed from our platform, they may contact us at [email protected]. We will review and, if appropriate, remove the feed as requested.
3. Content Generation and AI Limitations
Your Morning AI utilizes Anthropic Claude to generate podcast scripts based on XML feed content. Due to the nature of artificial intelligence, generated content may occasionally include inaccuracies, misinterpretations, or “hallucinations” that are unintended. We do not guarantee the factual accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content, and users are advised to use the information responsibly. The content generated is for personal use only and should not be relied upon as verified or authoritative information.
If you wish to use Your Morning AI content for creating other media, such as videos or public productions, you must contact us at [email protected] to obtain written consent. Unauthorized use of generated content for media production is strictly prohibited.
4. Restrictions on Sharing, Distribution, and Use of Content
Your Morning AI-generated podcasts are intended for personal use only. It is against these terms to publish, share, or distribute any podcast feeds created through the platform to third-party podcast directories, platforms, or public sites.
Our platform enforces listening limits. If a podcast generated by Your Morning AI is published or shared publicly, the listen count will determine whether the podcast remains available. Once the listen count hits the platform’s set limit, access to the podcast may be restricted or disabled. These limits are in place to ensure fair use and prevent unauthorized distribution.
5. Account Registration
To use certain features, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in unauthorized activities.
6. Permissible Use
You agree to use Your Morning AI in compliance with applicable laws and only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized uses, including but not limited to reverse engineering, scraping, or distributing platform content outside of its intended use, are strictly prohibited.

All content generated by Your Morning AI, including AI-generated scripts and audio, is protected by intellectual property laws and is the exclusive property of Your Morning AI. Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes as intended by these terms.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from Your Morning AI content without explicit written permission is prohibited. Unauthorized duplication, sharing, or use of content may result in account suspension and legal action.
8. Limitations of Liability
Your Morning AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Morning AI shall not be liable for any damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

While users may personalize their experience by selecting interests and adding third-party feeds, they are responsible for ensuring that any third-party content they interact with does not infringe on intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws. Your Morning AI is not liable for any issues arising from user-added feeds.

11. Subscription Payments
Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to Your Morning AI, you agree to abide by Stripe’s payment terms and policies. We are not liable for issues related to payment processing, and any payment disputes should be directed to Stripe.

Your Morning AI may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we will notify users of significant updates. Continued use of the platform after modifications indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
